Our planet is getting hotter. You may have noticed on the news more reports of floods, droughts, forest fires & other weather extremes. Glaciers & ice caps are melting, raising the ocean water levels. This have catastrophic effects on the planet we live on.
The increase in planet temperature is mainly caused by us. Greenhouse gasses from burning fossil fuels being #1. Greenhouse gases act like a blanket in our atmosphere. The damage already made will continue to worsen for the next century. This makes it even more more important that we reduce our emissions to slow down the damage. It is not too late to do something to save the planet. We do not have another planet.
